The Knee Physio Clinic is recognised by some major insurance companies. Please check your policy carefully and contact us to check whether we recognise your insurance company.

On occasion shortfalls or excess must be honoured by the patient. We will require your membership number and any authorisation number prior to first appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that life can throw up some curve balls so please get in touch by email or phone as soon as you can if you know that you can’t attend your appointment.

Cancellations made > 24hours are not liable for charge.

Cancellations made within < 24 hours are liable for a 50% charge.

What if I am running late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there is no guarantee you will be seen. This will be at the physiotherapist's discretion and you are likely to have a shorter appointment.
